Oh please dont order! Waste of time and money! I ordered 2 months ago and still dont know where my order is! I emailed the teami costomer service, they want me to work alone to find my order. I tried to email the carrier, the custom, they told me to talk to the one who sent my item which is teami of course! Teami team will not help you!!! Soooo frustrating!!!! Dont order!!! Let your friends know also! Dont support!!!

I haven’t ordered from them but look on their Facebook page and on all of their comments. It’s a bit obvious that they are paying people offshore for their comments.

I have been using Teami detox for 30 days, no issues, I’ve lost 11 lbs. I feel great. I ordered a 2nd detox bunch and will start that after 7 days off.
No customer service issues either, everything is going smoothly with the tea. I’m happy to find a natural alternative that doesn’t make me sick. I’m eating clean and feel amazing.

This tea is toxic! Do not buy! After the third day of me drinking this tea made me really ill. I felt nausea, headache and also really tired. When i stopped drinking the tea i felt a lot better. Something is really wrong with the detox teas. DO NOT BUY OR DRINK.

Teami made me feel so damn frustrated and felt neglected with there service, I kept on monitoring my shipment last update was it reaches to the place where I'm staying, but weeks had passed I haven't receive my package still,
Neither contact me to verify my delivery, I keep on asking to help me out receive my shipment
Yet I haven't heard with the team,
I'm not sure if this could be a fraud
About ordering the product from teami website,
And I I dicide to refund my order
But question is there any assurance that it will be given back to me my money or fall as fraud my transaction with them,
If any one know how to help me out with it, or a legal way to take this in a serious matter, such as sueing the company

Where to begin with this cesspool of incompetence -Customer service staff fail to do their job - they ask the customer to find a shipping number and contact the shipping company on their own (when they don't even include the shipping number in their email to you).

For a company with such frequent updates to its social media it should be a given that they channel the same energy into responding to their paying customers. But why does it take 2 to 3 days to get a one sentence answer? I've actually lost all patience with this pathetic excuse for a scam and sincerely wish I never bothered to click on their page.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Teami products as well as their customer service. I just started ordering directly from their site after ordering some of their teas during a FabFitFun sale. I always receive a timely response back from customer service and the shipping times are not bad at all. My items ship out fast but take extra time to arrive since I live in Alaska. I am bummed some people have had such negative experiences, but this hasn't been mine at all.

No star if possible. Rating based on delivery. My package says delivered and it has not arrived!!! And then when I said please assist me in getting a missing complaint they said ITS MY RESPONSIBILITY once it has been delivered. WELL IT WASNT DELIVERED thats what im trying to tell them. Then the tracking number can be tracked but when I go to USPS or Canada Post to file a missing complain both are saying my tracking number dont work. My order been delivered MORE THAN 10 DAYS AGO. I dont know who’s lying here but 0 remorse from customer service.

My experience with Teami blends and ALL its representatives and customer was REALLY BAD. I ordered the buy one get one detox tea around 2nd week or 3rd week of May and up until now i haven't received it. I contacted them via email, chat and what not (since they don't provide a phone number to call on to) and they just kept sending me freaking emails and responses that its being shipped, its on its way, customer service will reach you and even sent me an email that its been delivered but No, i have not gotten anything. So u know what they can keep my $50...If i can give them zero star i would...

I’m only rating on their customer service and shipping. I Love their skin products and I wish I could get it at other beauty supply stores. (Only detox mask you can get elsewhere). I ordered my products took almost a month to get them. I ordered 3 sponges and only received one. Now I’m in the process of trying to get my other sponges. I had to send them a picture of what I did receive not sure what that accomplishes....Customer service is terrible!

My experience with TeamiBlends was great. I ordered on May 26, got shipped on June 3rd and it delivered today (June 8th). I ordered the Green Tea Cleanse & Detox kit, I tried the detox mask and my face feels fresh! It burned a little around my chin/mouth area but the burning went away quickly! I’m thinking that’s normal.. I hope so 🤞🏼 I will continue to use the kit and will update my review in case I have a different opinion about the products. So far, it’s good!

A waste of time and money, i xan tell you all the bad stories i havewith thiscompany but makes me feel angry,plsplspls dont try to buy this from this company .i warned you.

Don’t buy any Teami blends products, it’s not worth it, it’s not worth your time, money and effort.

I ordered their product around April 20th and sent them and email last May 13th, wondering where my product was and just sent me an automated email saying that they received my email and a “Lifestyle Specialist” will get back to me as soon as possible. I emailed them again last May 19th saying i was getting irritated and asking them to check my order and send me a proper tracking number as there’s been an issue on the first one they gave me. They replied on May 20th (a month later since i ordered their product ) basically how I understood their email that they are just sending me the product. I told them right away that I just want my refund back around CAD$120 or US$90. They then send me the same automated email about the “Lifestyle Specialist” that was supposedly will contact me as soon as possible and allow 24-36 hour response time. They basically sent me the same automated email 5 times on different days from their service email and I replied every time that i just want my refund back up to this day no refund has happened.

I bought their Teami skincare fridge. It came busted... had a bunch of white stuff dripping all over the inside with multiple cracks in the door. The process for returning it was way longer than it needed to be and highly unprofessional. I emailed them multiple times to even get the process started and after a couple of weeks, I finally got a refund. I just wouldn't even buy anything from this company because I didn't feel valued as a customer and dealing with their customer service was annoying.

I order teami and got sick,
but let me tell you. I need my refund or something. It made me nauseous like I was pregnant all over again, I was throwing up. I barely pooped, and my stomach is still bloated. I still have both the skinny and colon in the kitchen. It's still full and I am not ever in my life drinking that tea again. I wasted my $90 trying this thing that just make you sick. I HONESTLY HATE TEAMI AND DONT KNOW HOW PEOPLE ARE DRINKING IT.

My sister had the product and encouraged me to get it too. However when I ordered it I wouldn’t of thought it would take so long. I ordered it about 2 (almost 3 ) weeks ago and only today did I receive a custom charge. Although the fee was small (over £10 ) I had no warning about a custom charge not even an email. So I now have to wait another 3 days for the product. The three stars are because the product is good but the delivery, not so much.

£50 customs charge for two parcels. Not happy.

the worst service I have a week trying to communicate that they give me an answer pay extra shipping and my order does not arrive this does not serve the worst service

I just recieved my first order. I got the Superfood Blend. The shipping was a little slower than I expected but not horrible. As far as this product is concerned I do like it so far. It has a VERY earthy taste so I do not recommend mixing it with just water unless you're into that. I think it could be good in a smoothie. I mixed 1 scoop Teami Greens with 2 scoops of Vanilla protein powder and 22oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. It is still quite earthy but it isn't necessarily unpleasant I just have to drink it slowly. Overall I would recommend this product but if you're expecting it to taste amazing on it's own that is not the case.

I order on November 19 2019 and i still don't have my order.. I send a lot of email on their customer service but still nothing happened This is so Stressful i just want my $90.82 to be back 😔
