Not what was promised
First time using Team Langoustine and their Tertre Rouge campsite. Simply put, it does not live up to the promises made on their website. Toilets and showers were pretty clean. However, there was only hot water in the showers for the first two days. From Saturday to Monday they were freezing cold and no hot water at all. Basic things like sweeping the bar / seating area and cleaning tables didn't seem to happen regularly. Plate clearing haphazard. Lack of hot coffee in the morning - four percolator jugs simply not enough for the amount of campers. Long queues for food. The food wasn't bad but the guy in charge of it seemed out of his depth. Large piles of rubbish built up right next door to the showers and food tent.
Location wise it's excellent. Safety wise, they did their best to stop people wandering through the entrance without wrist bands on. The field could have been mown - it was about 10 inches high on our pitch with weeds. Would we go back? Yes due to the location, we used to camp on the other side of the track at Tertre Rouge until they turned it into a fans zone and is in our view the best place to be close to most things and the racing. The staff were nice if a little stressed and tired - probably not enough of them. Hopefully they will take this review on board, but given how popular it is they probably would say they don't need to change anything. I'd recommend it but don't go with overly high expectations.
Returning in 26 for the second time…
Returning in 26 for the second time with Team Langoustine.
The premiere campsite is fantastic! Superb location right next to Tetre Rouge and a short walk to the circuits village and Dunlop soon to be Goodyear bridge.
The site is well laid out and secure for the whole week.
Catering is fabulous with cold beer on tap and a massive screen to watch the race whilst having dinner.
The whole team are very helpful.
Plenty of clean toilets and showers, a short que at peak times but nothing like the public campsites.
Well done guys on a great experience, can't wait to join you this year.

Team Langoustine Campsite — Le Mans Classic
An absolutely brilliant experience at the Team Langoustine campsite during this year’s Le Mans Classic. From the moment we arrived at the Tertre Rouge site, we were looked after superbly by Mark and the entire team, friendly, organised, and clearly passionate about delivering a first-class service.
The food was a real highlight. The lasagne was delicious, rich, perfectly baked, and topped with a golden crust. The traditional Nepalese curry was full of flavour and just the right amount of heat, and the hearty breakfasts each morning were exactly what you needed before a day at the track. Generous portions, great quality, and consistently excellent across the weekend.
The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with hot showers always available, and the location at Tertre Rouge is second to none. Being able to wander straight from the campsite to the trackside made everything easy and enjoyable. The on-site bar and TVs were perfect for keeping up with the racing in a relaxed, sociable atmosphere.
Huge thanks to Mark and all the Team Langoustine staff, you created a welcoming, well-run, and thoroughly memorable experience. Can’t wait to return!
Great for race day essentials
They offered not just tickets but also camping options and grandstand seats, which made the whole experience so much better. Highly recommend for fans!
should have been so much better
site was good enough and toilets and showers were cleaned often. The food was ok but the last day they were running out and the morning we left we got a pastry and that was all even though they were meant to supply breakfast. the main issue was other guests who were allowed to party until 2am with the music blaring in the main tent. this happened on two nights either side of the race with people shouting at them to shut up but seemingly no staff bothering to turn the music system off or tell them to be quiet. someone letting fireworks off in the campsite near flammable tents wasn't great either, again with no staff intervening.
friendly people and Professional
have just returned from a trip with Team Langoustine to the Le Mans Classic 24 hours. The first thing that struck me was the position of the campsite. On the corner just before the long straight. It was a great place to view the racing from. The campsite was also very secure, with people at the gate. Checking people in, I had half-board Catering, and the food was great. The full English was scrumptious. The facilities on the campsite were always clean, and there were never queues. They had even thought of the basics, Such as phone charging. I would book this company again.
Not my first Rodeo
Le Mans 24hrs is a great experience only made better the hospitality of Team Langoustine.
Sunny, intense heat or super heavy rain storm the staff are great and always ready to help or have a friendly chat. 5 Stars !!
Yes I'm very biased it's the best father son getaway of the year for us!

Easy ticket buying for Le Mans
I got my Le Mans 24 Hours tickets through Team Langoustine and the process was smooth and straightforward. Great customer support and fast delivery.
Trip to Le Mans for the 24 hour event…
Trip to Le Mans for the 24 hour event was a pleasure as the site and staff were so helpful and friendly.
Don’t want to praise too much as the experience is so good that more people will be encouraged to visit and gets booked up very quickly for future events
Been going since 1983 so seen a few…
Been going since 1983 so seen a few campsites at Le Mans. We were opposite at Terte Rouge campsite which is now closed. Me and my brother looked at other campsites but really wanted to be next to the track. So Team Langoustine it was, yes it is more expensive but will go back.
With not having to take cooking equipment we dispensed with the van and went in a car. Saved on ferry cost.
I arrived Wednesday lunchtime, had tent set up and out to track to see afternoon running.
Back for dinner which was chicken thighs with salad and new potatoes.
Toilets and showers were clean, and only wait was morning flush hour.
Breakfast everyday was full English served as all meals buffet style by the friendly staff who never seemed stressed.
There is tea (Yorkshire tea bags) and pots of filter coffee to get your caffeine levels up.
Security was good and other campers were great.
My brother arrived Thursday, after breakfast, but asked the staff if they could put a plate aside. They did better and cooked it fresh for him.
Other dinners were Lasagne, beef stroganoff, curry and pulled pork. Served with French bread, salad, veg. Always felt full. You can buy lunch as well.
Was it worth the extra money for food? Yes, no having to go out for extra supplies. No having to get back after long day drinking and start cooking. On Saturday we got back after 9.30pm and no having to cook just get your curry and fruit pie. Luxury.
Will book again for next year. Staff were great even if they did look shattered, always helpful.
Great site
Great site, well run with good security, clean facilities, good food (particularly the curry!) big screen a few steps from the track - what more could you ask for?
great all the way
From Oct 24 when we booked all the way through to the event the team has been awesome, answering any booking questions and setting up a great area to use as a base camp. Beer, food and amenities all great.
Cant go in 2026 but will be back in 2027 for another go. 101 wks to go 🤣
Could have been so much better
Dislike....food and compulsory food package and lack of options....not everyone likes curry or under cooked eggs one way for breakfast.....the sausages were still swimming in an inch of fat when served.....good job they had bread or the odd cake if your quick enough.
Dislike....Booking experience....all over the place
Dislike...Lack of minimum space between vans.....its a fire hazard for goodness sake
No signage on Blue gate when entering from main road
No Electrical hook up
No Elsan point
Like....Location....could not fault location
Like the Staff and other attendees....all really good people.
Reviewers Paul Beadle and Anthony Leech were both spot on and could have written my review for me
I hope TL take some of the minor points and act on them, it means the difference from a good event to an excellent one.
Would I still go again? maybe, but spacing is a major issue for me and the food package if enforced, then probably no.
Fantastic location & well-run site
The TL site and facilities keep getting better. The included breakfasts and dinners are excellent, toilets and showers are clean with relatively few queues. The big screen, bar and basecamp facilities are just right for this site. Security is strong and everyone is well-behaved (well, nearly - apologies to fellow campers for the later-night singing!!). Thanks to Mark and the team for producing a terrific experience. See you next year.
Brilliant company and very helpfull
Brilliant company and very helpfull.
Will be using them again!
Well
Well, another epic Le mans has come and gone. Where to start! The ACO are masters at putting on a show which is undoubtedly the greatest motor race on earth but Mark and his team, notably Jim, Craig and Selma heading up the most hard working & professional group of people who put themselves out to make the whole site work in an equally wonderful way. Not to mention the cooks and chef who are always laughing and happy creating fantastic food despite the early mornings and late nights. It makes eating their preparations even more satisfying. The facilities are maintained immaculately by equally hard working lads and lassies and should be highly commended. For me, in a jealously guarded safe environment, it is such a pleasure to make new friends and cement tertiary acquaintances into friendships with other loyal campers. My own home comforts are eschewed for hard ground and a sweaty tent but more than compensated with an almost holy communion of like minded racing enthusiasts in camp which will be forever England but with a significant number of overseas visitors who are made to feel part of the family. Thank you so much Mark. I will be back next year. Richard
