Terrible Home and Small Bus. Users

If you're a corporate/enterprise user, it's not a bad way to synchronise and collaborate with all MS apps. For everyone else, however, this is a terrible user experience. Even for those with Office365 subscriptions there is a tonne of missing functionality that makes using this application practically useless for Home and Small Business users. MS really need to lift their game if they want to corner the market.

Horrible app

Horrible app! Always crashing, always showing users as offline and can't easily search for content like pdfs, screenshots and attachments. As a huge company, you would think they can put in more effort and resources to make this app better. Honestly, people will just use apps like slack for team communications since ms teams has such an awful experience.

Very smooth experience with Teams

Used Teams app occationally on my Mac because of client's request. The experience is quite good except for the slow sign-in attempt, took me minutes to login successfully. The video quality is great and no lags! thumbs up!

A miserable app

A teeth grind. Seems like it's a decade out of date , countless issues with audio despite BT being switched off. User layout is appalling . Where do you put the code to attend the meeting. ???? If it it's not a chore it's not MS product and soft it certainly seldom is.

Use Microsoft Teams if you want to look unprofessional

This reviews is for Microsoft Teams - I tried getting to a meeting via my web browser and the app - it took more than 30 minutes to connect - as a result of which I missed the meeting.

This isn't the first time that this has happened - what ever issues are going on with Teams needs to be resolved ASAP - if you can't rely upon teams to provide a basic standard in regards to dependability - what's the point.

This app is a disgrace

This app is a disgrace. Even after deleting it from my laptop, everytime I start the device a window appears for me to download it again, I wont. Firstly I was obliged to use this for a job interview and precisely when it was my turn to talk, my teams crashed and then it crashed the whole laptop, had to manual shut down. I was quick enough to download the app in the phone where I didn't got any problem and continued the interview. This was one, and back in 2020 I used this for an english cambdrige course and it was a horrid experience. It crashed all the time when the teacher was speaking and sharing documents it's so childish and difficult.

Avoid avoid avoid

Using Teams is asking for a reason to use a different platform. Quality of experience is dreadful. People struggle to stay in the meeting, they freeze or get knocked out, joining is a marathon, using it as a resource for groups to share files is a waste of effort. I've yet to have a single meeting, and I have on average 2 each working day, when ANYONE likes this and finds it better than competitors. Microsoft are so complacent and give no incentives for people to choose this platform. At every opportunity I'm in meetings led by people lobbying their managers permission to drop Teams.

Mutli-desktop support on the Mac please!

For the love of Pete would you PLEASE fix your app on the Mac so that it doesn't take 3 clicks on the tray icon to bring it to the foreground? This is the only app I've ever used with this issue.

Click 1 from a desktop that teams isn't on - changes the menu at the top of the screen to the teams menu and nothing else. No teams app in sight.

Click 2 from the desktop that teams isn't on - switches desktops... but if teams was behind another window still no teams in sight

Click 3 - finally, teams pops up ready to use.

I'm not gonna rant about the numerous other bugs and overcomplicated UI that you still have not fixed after 2 years of folks formally complaining about them via feedback because I've lost hope.

Just fix the above. That would be a nice start. Help us not hate your product, please.
