TEAMWORKS MANSFIELD!!!!

I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING .AS YOU DRIVE IN , YOU ARE GREETED BY A FOUL SMELL IN THE COURTYARD. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A POOR TREATMENT. UNDECORATED AND COLD PARTY ROOM DESPITE PAYING FOR THE GOLD PACKAGE. WASTE OF MONEY . STAFF WERE VERY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR SO CALLED GOLD PACKAGE OR ON ANY PACKAGE FOR THAT MATTER.

We held our son's birthday party here and it was a total waste of £500! The staff who were rude, were not giving any information about what was going to happen. Everything had to be dragged out of because they just couldn't be bothered. The girl behind counter could hardly be bothered to tear her eyes away from her phone. A very unpleasant individual! The party room was extremely shabby with zero party decorations. On the whole, a very bad experience. Given it one point but that's only so I could write this comment otherwise it wouldn't be getting any.

Shocking.
Party of 4 unable to enjoy the track due to being paired up with a child's birthday party .
After raising my concerns pre race I was basically told to get on with it , complete waste of time and money ,mostly yellow and red lights the complete race .

Shocking organisation wasted a group if 7s time traveling there to be told they don't take cash due to covid. This was not made clear at any point. Pubs are back open and everyone else is taking cash. Also staff were very rude

PHONED UP CUSTOMER SERVICE, SPOKE TO BOBBIE WHO WAS ULTRA DEFENSIVE AND DEFLECTIVE
ASSURED THE KARTS WERE CHECKED EVERY MORNING IF THIS WAS THE CASE WHY WAS FAULTY KART LEFT ON TRACK!

All ROUND POOR EXPERIENCE

I arranged a GP format race (practice qualifying and race) for myself and my friends.

The firm were very pushy to get full payment upfront.

On the day of the event my karts engine sized up on track and was given advice by the stewards to phone customer services for a refund.

I spoke to a very rude woman called Debbie/Bobbie.

She was very disbelieving in my version of events and I didn’t get a refund for my lost of racing even though I was given a certificate from the GP centre and a reference number.

Teamwork’s Karting head office are bunch of charlatans, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!

Absolutely the best time had by all.
Surprising fast and safe, very well organised and good instruction.
If you only do it once in your life do it at Teamworks Karting at Sutton in Ashfield, good access only 5 minutes from M1.

Don't give them your contact details, I'm constantly get messages and emails 3 years later. Be warned.

Great staff, really looked after my 8 year old son. Great karts, very fast. Great time!

Easy to organise. Good electric karts meaning there is no smell or fumes of traditional ones.

I’ve been to three of Teamworks venues over the last few years with my brother and we’ve been very happy with all of them. It would be nice if there was one closer to where we live though! We always book a timeslot for Arrive & Drive on their website so we can be confident the round trip won’t be wasted. The staff are friendly, the karts have always seemed consistent and are fun to drive, the circuit layouts all have at least one spot you can overtake (crucial!) and we always come away having had a good day.
