I ordered 4 chocomint and was messaged to say the front stickers were delayed but they could send the tea without the stickers and send an extra chocomint tea or wait a few days for the labels. The tea was for me so the labels didn’t matter and as promised the tea arrived by courier. Love the chocomint, great health benefits and yummy all day.

Thie Lady Grey loose leaf tea is delicious, so fragrant, superior to anything else I have ried. It is a special treat. And arrived so promptly too thank you.

Unbelievable. I placed my order, got a confirmation email. 7 days went by and nothing. When I tried to email them it bounced back. Once I called their cell number I got a response. The order then showed up the next day. Apparently it fell out of the delivery tray…

Right so the order shows up annnnnd it’s not correct. I’ve been sent a small vial of the product I ordered which is under half the weight of the bag I ordered. When I contacted them I was told a replacement would be on the way and they would send me a tracking number. It’s now been over two weeks since I placed the original order and I have yet to receive what I paid for and now there is zero response from them on this matter despite being polite and understanding that mistakes happen.

Clearly this wasn’t so much a mistake and more likely incompetence/ lack of respect for clientele.

Judging by others reviews of orders taking a long time this is clearly not a one off.

Our tea order arrived within 2-3 days and the Lady Grey is a beautiful, aromatic tea that's a bit more delicate for those days where an Earl Grey feels too robust.

So helpful with my inquiry and quick to post my mums Lady Grey loose tea!! Mum loves it!! Thank you so much!

The tea arrived in good time, and is delicious. I used the Lady Grey Tea as a botanical to distil gin for my friend, whose favourite tea is Lady Grey- it turned out perfectly!

Fast delivery. Bought two different tea sets as Xmas gifts. One was labelled so as not to get them confused. Recipients were impressed by the tea infuser and tea vials.

I ordered a teapot only a few days before Xmas and was very worried that it wouldn't arrive on time but lo and behold, only two days later the parcel was on my doorstep! I was very impressed with such good service, especially at such a busy time of the year.

Teaology has never failed to amaze me with their quality and the care put into their products. Well packaged and super fast delivery. I recently got a gift pack for my family with the acorn strainer and they were kind enough to include a gift in there for me too. It’s the little things that make an impression.
