Exciting new product. I bought them as interesting and novel gifts.

Nice flavouring, quick postage. All round good product and experience

Delivered quickly and items were awesome.
Box was a little beaten up ( Royal Mail ) but contents not effected.
Would buy from again.

The teas are top notch! The containers though are the let-down, which need redesigning as the tea gets clogged in the opening.

I have tried many fruit teas and none of them has the taste they promise. Tea Rex most certainly does, I have no hesitation in recommending them and I certainly will be buying some more.

I was shocked to received your delivery and anxious to try it, but inside a note was left saying thank you for signing up to repeat monthly deliveries...I have not done this at all....especially for a product I have yet to even try. I am very unimpressed and will not be accepting any future deliveries nor charged for them either, please ensure this is so.

Lovely tea! The Lemon and Ginger is amazing. I had not drank fruit teas for 20 years due to the boring taste of those dusty tea bags. This is a game changer!

Thought I’d try you as I was looking for am alternative to the norm but found the taste disappointing and a bit like just drinking hot water, no real flavour of lemon

Delicious! I love the rhubarb and redcurrant- refreshing, tasty and very enjoyable. I added a little sweetness, honey. Easy to make, wonderful to drink.

Quick delivery, fab product! I tend to be quite sceptical when it comes to flavoured tea (it may smell lovely, but won’t taste that good). But this stuff is something else! The teas actually taste like the flavours on the tubes!

Might feel a bit odd squeezing some of your chosen flavour into the diffuser, but add water, let it brew and a few minutes later you have a delicious fruity/herbal tea!

So if you always find your fruity teabags a bit underwhelming, this is definitely worth trying ☺️

Was pleasantly surprised - there are a lot of dregs left in the infuser, but the taste was good regardless. Will expand my order next time. This time testing Rhubarb and Redcurrant.

I work in a hospital and one day lost the metal strainer for my insulated cup. When it still has everything else- the lid, rubber, cork ring etc I don't believe in waste so I emailed the Tea Rex contact page one evening enquiring how I could purchase a replacement. Impressively, I received a response from Kelly Lampard within a few hours asking for my original order number. The item had been received as a gift so I explained I didn't have that myself. I never heard from them again despite me sending another follow up email.
A company's customer service says a lot and unfortunately Tea Rex is severely lacking. I wasn't looking for a freebie or favours, just basic information about a replacement part for a product they stock.

Unfortunately will avoid in future as I know now that any kind or correspondence falls on completely deaf ears.
