They literally will not close your account even if you email they just ignore you .. DO NOT USE THIS CASINO , They will not give you your winnings !!!! SO IF YOU DEPOSIT HERE YOU WILL NOT EVER SEE THAT MONEY I DONT NO HOW TO MAKE THAT ANY CLEARER.

So far this site has been good verified all my identity and documents won £800 paid out fine. I have now won £3800 I will update if this is also a smooth process or bad experience.

Update: 24 hour point has been reached and still in the pending position like I say they have been fine so far hopefully tomorrow I can update saying it is in the bank.

Withdrawal has now changed status to in progress. Customer services has told me it has been approved at their end and that it is with the payment provider. The first withdrawal of £800 once it reached this stage was in my bank within 3 hours this £3800 one has now been around 20 hours without hitting the bank.

Always dubious with previous reviews stating they had bad experiences so hopefully this goes in my bank soon and I can write the final part of a positive experience.

Should have read these reviews before I started playing. Verification seemed to be going well until asked for all the details of the deposit I made with IBAN etc, my bank doesn't share that info online if at all around deposits. Ive never, ever been asked for that info, everything else was accepted. They said they couldnt verify my account with this extra details. So just played through my winnings and closed my account. Appalling set-up! Youev been warned, dont go near them. Golden Genie, FoxyGold, LetsJackpot, these are all trustworthy sites!

Scam. We're happy to take my money yet wouldn't deposit it into my account blaming the bank even though its left my acc and the bank said there is nothing wrong on their end. Over 48 hours later and money still isn't in my gaming acc

Customer service was very fast to verify my details, I’ve requested a withdrawal which says accepted but I’m still wondering if I will receive the money. Will update once I know more. Fingers crossed and I love the site - money received thanks so much

Took 300 deposit won 650 all documents verified 3 times waiting that long I spent it silly me but 96 hours waiting that's why I gambled it. I knew it was dead money from a dodgy company

Awful site- Please avoid! I've reported this site to Gambling Commission as they can't answer who is their regulator or if they have a license. I have over 40 withdrawals that were rejected, when I contacted my bank they have never recieved a payment- same excuse problem with payment system. They will push you to withdraw via cryptocurrency. I wish I read the reviews. I have also reported to Action Fraud and requested a chargeback from my bank.

I got paid out after several conversations on live chat. My first few withdrawals were rejected by card and bank transfer. I was then advised that I couldn’t use revolut. I changed to starling, uploaded a statement and my withdrawal went through.

I feared the worst after all the horror stories and don’t normally write reviews but I think it would be reassuring for anyone in a similar position. That I did get paid out £2200 in less than 48 hours

This is a scam site. They have tried to take money from my bank account claiming it’s a subscription. Fortunately, I have informed my bank. They also tried to take money via Apple Pay and Google pay for which I have no accounts. They also scammed me of a deposit, which they did not credit to my account. Their customer care is is appalling. This company needs to be closed down. They are nothing but scammers avoid this company at all costs..

Still waiting for my withdrawal 4 days later , making up excuses saying the payee between them and my bank keep refusing the payment 😒 asking me to transfer winning into a cypto account 🤔 just not on wish I read the reviews before hand 😑 because it doesn't look like am getting any off my wins

Despite the AWFUL reviews I’ve had a very positive experience for a withdrawal. As long as your account is verified you WILL receive your winnings. Mine was accepted in 24 hours and paid out hours later. Having to hit 3x wagering for your deposit is sneaky and why I won’t use this casino again. HOWEVER anyone worried about if they’ll pay out, I can confirm you will indeed receive your withdrawal if you simply verify your account.
