I got scammed by this company

I'm dissapointed and felt scammed. I bought a mod to ARK survival ascended that doesn't work properly on my PC and they refused to refund and even told me that I can get banned in future when I report that thing to paypal, lol such a scammer company, be careful.

OK platform, absolutely horrible support

Platform is OK but alternatives have in certain areas surpassed it

Absolutely horrible support. All the chat support do is redirect you to send an email and over email it feels like speaking to an AI that is prohibited from writing "I don't know the answer" so instead it hallucinates and writes something vaguely relevant to your question.

Would recommend anybody using it to migrate before you run into an issue they will refuse to solve

Don't trust those people

Don't trust those people ! i had a problem with a fake internet site where i bought something, they took money from my account as apparently i signed a contract with them for an subscription that i never did ! It was "onlytechn.vip", one day after Tebex took money from my account by paypal, i never purchased something from them! i think all these fake sites a working together ! so if you see something weird going on block your card directly, because they will never stop taking money from your bank account and they give your informations to others so that they can also steal money from you !

Tebex itself does not initiate transactions without consent.

We take security and customer concerns very seriously. If you believe this transaction was unauthorized, we recommend contacting PayPal immediately to report it and secure your account. You can also reach out to Tebex Support directly with any details (such as a transaction ID), and we’ll investigate further to provide you with the necessary information. After reviewing our ticket queues I was unable to locate a ticket referencing onlytechn.vip and the URL onlytechn.vip does not seem to exist online.

We want to assure you that Tebex does not share any customer information with third parties for fraudulent purposes. We strictly adhere to data protection laws and ethical business practices.

Fraudulent company

This is one of the most fraudulent and morally depraved companies I have ever encountered.

My son who just turned 14 had placed orders in 1 of their online shops, totalling the amount of 240+ euros and basically draining his whole bank account. We noticed the large withdrawals on his account and confronted him about it.

Now we run into a wall trying to revert the purchases he made, where the actual shop (freshSMP) hides behind Discord and the company behind it (Tebex.io) states that he waived his rights to a 14 day withdrawal by accepting terms not even in his native language!

These practices are downright disgusting and I cannot recommend anyone to EVER do business with companies like this!

Tebex has its positives and negatives

On the plus side, their customer service team, including Charlotte, Mathilde, Matt, and Autumn, responds relatively quickly, often solving issues within a few hours, which is commendable. However, utilizing Tebex comes with hefty fees, and their policy changes, especially regarding content restrictions, can be frustrating for creators. The platform's approach to content moderation can feel overly strict and sometimes hypocritical, as they do not consistently enforce policies against stores that steal work. Tebex haven't helped me at all

I've opened a dispute with Paypal because I've received in my balance account a charge that was not made by me. I wrote just immediatly to them and they sent me to write to Tebex an email to receive support. Note that this company doens't have assistency in my native language (Italian) so I've received an email in english, spent time translating it (where they kept insisting that maybe was a member of my family behind it when I was clear about that, none of them is involved with my payment cards in anyway), spent another extra time writing and traducing in the clearest way possibile the situation as they requested and... they haven't responded me. Zero support. They still have collected the amount even if I don't have any account with them (Tebex). At least if in doubt, they could have suspended my account and made a more accurate verification but instead, they have preferred the money. Very disappointing and untrustworthy.

To scared

Some people are just too scared of tebex, because they thing they can get scammed. To be honest i had the exact same feeling about this, but i thought to myself why not give it a try, and here i am writing a 5 star review. Tebex is just awesome and doesn't scam any people.
