Exceptional help from Irene.

I had an issues with some payments I made and the help I got from Irene was very good and understandable, even for someone who isnt speaking english very well. Obviously there was nothing much needed considering it was on paypals side but it was still pretty helpful. :)

Revisit your review process

Honestly the worst experience when submitting a store for Review

States it will take 5 Working days. Do not log a ticket before that else it will take longer.

Log a ticket after 5 days and then get told it will take 10 days.

No further feedback or response.

At this point I am ready to drop my application and go to Tip4Serv.

Hostly the only thing holding me back from going live is Tebex

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I reached out to Tebex because a vendor is selling FiveM scripts with false information on their site. As well does not provide troubleshooting assistance with broken scripts, even though its posted on their site 24/7 support. I have a month with a ticket open and have contacted them multiple ways. Tebex just stated that they will CC the dev to help with troubleshooting and I haven't heard from either one.
