Charged me nearly £40 for something on a game and gave me an error message after I had paid and been charged and now the purchase history on the site says payment declined, even though I have proof of the purchase and neither the creator nor the store are going to take liability. Misleading products for kids

My son is very disappointed with his purchase because no where does it state in this store that the obsedian rank kit is only available once every 5 days if you die. Based on the buy page, it does not state this, so they are essentially taking advantage of kids pocket money. I gather they don't offer refund. But they should update the product description on obsidian rank page to indicate this. So that kids have the full picture and can decide if they want to part with their pocket money for something so temporary. I hate to think they are taking advantage of kids.

If your credit card was used without your authorization, the first and most important step is to immediately contact your card provider or bank. They are responsible for protecting you in cases of fraud and can initiate a chargeback or refund process under their buyer protection policies.

As the Merchant of Record, Tebex handles payment processing and support for digital content and game server purchases on behalf of creators. We do not sell or offer memberships directly to buyers, so it's possible the charge in question was processed on behalf of a third-party service.

However, as mentioned earlier, your card provider has all the tools available to help you with cases of fraud.

Horrible payment processing service

I have never ever bought anything through them, and yet they seem to have my credit card blacklisted.

All attempts to subscribe for anything is getting auto declined. The only way you'll be ever able to buy anything through them is if you move money from your bank account to your paypal, and use your paypal balance as coverage for the full fee...

Long wait for payouts

You must wait minimum 14 days, and up to 30 to withdraw your earnings. Time is more valuable than anything, regardless of how good their other aspects are.

Tebex does discriminatory practices

Tebex does discriminatory practices. They allow the big servers to violate their ToS, however the small servers attempting to do the same thing, aren't allowed. Even when you report your concerns, with plenty of evidence, nothing happens.

I wanted to open a new tebex store,I got everything verified and done and created by tebex store intend for selling my software to other costumers, Serveral friends warned me saying tebex doesn't have the best practices but I have seen them everywhere and didn't really care about the tax on me. But oh boy After that everything went downhill, I was told it will be reviewed in 2 days, Well I am still waiting tebex, It's been over 10 days, When I contacted support only one person responded (Bless his soul) and then nothing else all this AI generated slop was sent to me saying in 24 hours I a costumer representative will talk to you, its been 3 days, my message is if you don't want a creator on your platform the reject button is always there, Don't keep us costumers waiting for 11+ days for nothing, at the end of the day we are humans aswell and choose you because we like you, letting us down by making us wait for 19+ days with no responses and etc is much a bad move. And for the last time Tebex, don't give us a horrible experience, just rejecting me would have been enough

Thats it tebex Im done, I don't want to work with you anymore. Use something else without wasting your time on these disgusting company and its horrible practices
