Poor service
Ignores contact preferences and some e-mails. Refuses to use Mercedes-certified oil provided by the customer (unlike other Mercedes service centers), forces you to (over)pay for their oil. Poor car purchase follow-up process (I receive more notifications when purchasing random everyday items on Amazon than when purchasing a car here). Doesn't warn customers when there are car delivery delays. Careless (registered wrong license plate on Mercedes Me). Car interior didn't match website/order pictures, refused responsibility or compensation. Often doesn't wash car during service because it was "too late" despite the car being available at the agreed time and returned before closing time. "New" car purchased from them with ~2 years of use ineligible for discount campaigns. Charges €3.38 for windshield wiper washer fluid and €165.82 for oil despite both being topped up ~1 week before. Challenges the latter and refuses to refund any when confronted with this. Didn't fix loose trunk cover support despite request. Constantly spams you with unsolicited marketing e-mails without unsubscribe option. Otherwise good. Friendly staff.
