But now the socket, which has a thread for attaching attachments, fell apart.
After i contacted them,they asked to see receipt and video.
After updating this information,they stop respond!
After few email nothing happened.
So never use again!
Hi, I bought a battery lawnmower. The battery charger didnt work after a while and they offered a partial refund which I accepted. I then bought another power tool from them and managed to make use of the battery to also power the lawnmower... Switch handle is now broken and they are not replying to my emails to see how much a replacement handle would cost. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Don't supply spare batteries effectively making their lawnmowers redundant after a couple of years.
Imagine the carbon footprint of that landfill!
