I had an excellent experience with…

I had an excellent experience with TECEYE customer service.

One of my cameras stopped working after only one day. I contacted support, explained the problem and sent some photos. They replied very quickly, tried to help me troubleshoot the issue, and when it became clear that the camera was defective, they immediately sent me a replacement without any hassle.

The communication was friendly, professional and very fast. I really appreciate such great customer service. Thank you very much, TECEYE!
