Bought an IBM desktop
Bought an IBM desktop, hard drive hadn't been plugged into the motherboard. Easy fix but annoying. Quality of the monitor stand is not great, included tools don't fit the fixings.

I bought a refurbished laptop
I bought a refurbished laptop, and setup was so unstable, that the lap-top kept re-booting in instance: emailed them, quick-reponse and explanations, and collection-reference to print-out and return to Tech-365 for fix. Then the fix was done and sent back too us. Everything related to the issue was fixed, especially in the week uo to Christmas on Sunday. Cheers to all staff there!
