Company is a scam - they advertise lego and then take money out of your account for a subscription service. The responses here are lies, they have absolutely no customer service system and exist solely to defraud people. I have called and emailed the numbers and email they provide to no avail.

Signed up fraudulently after purchasing a Lego set on Facebook. This company advertises Lego sets for £3 so you go through to purchase and they sign you up to a recurring subscription for something completely unrelated to buying Lego! They have many adverts online like cheap Dyson hoovers etc. be very careful as it’s a complete scam, I have emailed to cancel but no response. Please cancel immediately and refund my £3.

Tech-Guru exceeds expectations with flexible learning, useful coding interview prep, wide certification selection and top value for money.
I was fraudulently 'signed up' to tech-guru.eu without my knowledge after purchasing a Lufthansa promoted offer over instagram. The 'Lufhansa Germany' account and Lufhansa shop for the purchase were fake and turned out to be for a subscription named tech-guru.eu (named tgresponseprovider.com which are part of Purple lily b.v. that is named as the business entity). I immediately emailed (responding to the support email in their signup email) and requested an immediate cancellation and refund. I only received automated responses. Both the initial payment and now a subsequent '€39 Euro for 14 days subscription" cost, that I have not authorized, has been billed.
Update: After publishing this, an email response was received from tech-guru "your subscription has been cancelled. You will be refunded shortly."
€39 was refunded shortly after. The €2 value for the Lufthansa offer was not refunded and the service not provided.
The validity of my trustpilot review was challenged and I provided complete documentation to trustpilot who verified it.

The CS are responsive, helpful. I hope the company know they have a great support team.
The little exercises provide me the clear understanding of the concept and structure needed when dealing with real projects. Not huge chunk of codes right off.
It’s an effective way to build your coding skills.
The flexible learning options is a big plus, with the interview practice, hopefully I can land my dream job in the tech field.
Excellent service for a really good price. Amazing products also.
