The item eas never delivered.
When notified the company did nothing except take the payment for providing nothing!!
Still no contact back from the company.
Do not trust this company - I believe they are fraudulent.
I ordered a camera that, so far, hasn't been delivered even though the tracking information says it was delivered 4 days ago. No reply to email. I suppose there's still a chance that it's a mistake and they will respond, allowing for Christmas, but they appear to use Trustpilot ratings from "The Tech Outlet" based in the UK. This one, apparently based in the USA, isn't the same organisation.
So it doesn't bode well for a good outcome. I will update this review if I receive the product.
