Long awaiting time for parcel to arrived UK. Bought a Pair of speakers for AirMac. Speakers were thrown in plastic bag with no babble rapping mailed in brawn envelope !!! I was like OMG 😧 E-mail straight back to them with attached photos no response!
27" iMac adhesive strips: following fault-free application/use of 21.5" strips last year, I have just refitted my 27" screen too.
Re-fit was completed ~1wk ago. I am just as confident these strips shall continue to do their job without failing as the small screen's iMac last year. i.e they're good quality parts.
Foam strips were received unfolded, within a padded envelope and undamaged (thankfully).
No issues with delivery, they arrived a few days later.
I brought a replacement micro-USB module for my Samsung tab A.
The item arrived quickly and in good condition, it works seamlessly after installation.
At the start of the year I bought a MacBook Air screen replacement, and 2 weeks later lines started appearing and certain parts of the screen were shaded. I filled out a form on their website and explained my situation, and the next day they sent me an email back asking to send photos of the MacBook screen - so I did. Never heard back from them since and that was over 3 weeks ago now. I have tried phoning them only to be sent to voicemail. Do not recommend...
