WRONG COLOURED STETHOSCOPE.. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

They sent me the WRONG COLORED stethoscope. They refuse to answer my emails, phone calles, return my voicemails or direct messages.
I would never recommend this company with such terrible customer service. If they didn’t have the color that I ordered, they could have simply cancelled the order or ask me which other colored I preferred.

I should have received the BRIGHT RED which is shown in their pediatric version on the side of the box, instead I received the darker red which is shown in the classic version on the side of the box.

Their website showed 6 colors for their classic version including the BRIGHT RED!! 😡
