Charged me for product didn't receive product. Offered refund also never received. Would advise you not to deal with this company

I believe that the experience would be better if it could be possible to cancel the subscription in the same app without have to send an extra email doing the request to cancel the subscription

Refund Still Not Received

The company has still not issued my cash refund.

After previously asking me to remove or improve my Trustpilot review, they have now unilaterally converted my refund into "Shopper Credit" without my consent, despite having my valid bank details for a cash refund.

My review reflects my personal experience and is based on documented email communications.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. I am very pleased with the end result.

SCAM. They set up ads on Facebook and various other sites advertising goods and services (which they don't sell) these are basically links that take you to their website and fool you into thinking you're paying for those goods when in fact they sign you up to a membership to their shopping site. I cancelled the membership immediately but it still takes them 2 weeks to cancel so they can take another £30! UPDATE. Now they've emailed me asking me to change my rating to a positive one before they can issue a refund. Not only scammers but also blackmailers. Check the other ratings here from people who've been scammed who've changed their ratings just to get their money BACK. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Avoid Techallgo.com
