Order never arrived-my e-mails were just ignored without reply. 66 US$ gone..;)

Placed an order June 9,24 through Klarna. It was a beautiful crystal aura for my new apartment and still nothing as of today Trying to find any information or contact information none existed, sent message... return message was someone will be reaching out to me never happened. In order to get my money back from Klarna they requested that I become a PI. I was denied a refund and had to start the process all over again just to be denied again. I sent photo's, screen shot of message that they said someone will get back to me and any website that I could that was supposedly connected with this company. I had to pay Klarna $39.99 to keep from going to collections.

Placed an order over a month ago, delivery commitment was between 7 to 12 business days, still nothing, when I followed up no reply !!

Now they have my money and I have no goods.

Be very careful ordering from this company !

We made an order as a gift for our daughter! The gun works ok but needed to be a bit bigger but after all she was so happy with it!

Just got my mini camera after 12 days, works really good, vision needs to set up from the settings but all good!

Never received my order I called the number they have NOT working I emailed 3 times in August support team they never got back when u sell online support team is important I m very disappointed

Ordered and paid for goods over a month ago and still waiting for delivery. No reply to any of my emails. I assume this is a scam site that takes hard earned money off people for nothing in return. Disgraceful !

This is a fake front for a company, that simply does not deliver at all. Placed an order for 2 x camp gas stoves, paid and still awaiting delivery. No response from them when I tried to follow up on the miss-delivery. Should simply not be authorised to operate in the public domain.

I ordered an item from TumTum on Cyber Monday. It shows the item as placed but doesn't give an update. I've sent numerous emails to them and haven't received a response. The customer service number refers to the the email and hangs up. Feels like a scam.

I placed an order about three months ago. I did not receive it. Emailed them about it they sent me a tracking number. This tracking showed it was delivered and signed for, however I never received it. Emailed again to see if they could track it now nd see who signed for it but got no response.

Scam company. I ordered nearly 3 months ago and totally false promises. Promises of refunds but still nothing.
How does it take 2 weeks to process a refund. 2 weeks later still no refund.

I have ordered the merchandise at the beginning of July and till now I haven't received it. No details at tracking. I talked by email withsome, but no result. They refuse to return the Money. Where can I complain?

Request a refund , then go to your bank to claim bank transaction

Please be very careful buying from this company as they have a very poor return policy. I placed an order and the product was very poor quality and basically did not work. After numerous communications they offered me 30% off my next purchase which was not what I wanted as I was still stuck with a junk product. Then they e-mailed me saying my purchase did not qualify for return under their policy. Be careful and understand their poor terms before you commit or stick with Amazon. I will not be purchasing from them again in the future.......terrible to deal with.
