Downloaded 2021 version which didn't work on my Mac but after communicating the issue, was sent correct download worked perfectly.

I had a problem downloading the Office program due to Windows 365. The issue caused a lot of grief, however I was eventually able to identify the problem. Although I was personally able to resolve the situation, I was impressed with Andrew's follow up to my questions. He made an effort to help. This was appreciated!

Purchase and download worked well. I had some difficulty with the install. I uninstalled the first attempt, rebooted and the second install worked just fine. Technical support was very responsive. I would definitely buy here again and recommend to frends.

I wasn't really involved with anyone, my purchase was mostly automated. I did find a small glitch, and I asked for help. Before support could answer, I found the "fix" by myself, so I sent a "never mind" letter right away. I have received real nice responses since then. To buy Microsoft Office Professional for this price is astounding. I'm. Very grateful.

I ordered a copy of MSOffice2021 but discovered I needed an earlier version. I sent in a request for a refund. Mr. Waugh immediately responded and offered to send me the version I needed as well as to report back on my progress. I received a full new package and everything worked fine. Customer service like this is rare and I am very impressed and happy.

After downloading and installing the software, I was unfamiliar with how to find the icon(s) to open and use the software. One email is all it took to get the help I needed. That help, combined with the price, causes me to give them 5 Stars

I accidentally got the wrong version of word because I have a Mac and Andrew was so kind and upgraded me at no additional cost .

I was having trouble entering code for office 2019. I was told to reboot computer and all went well. I recommend if anyone is purchasing office 2021 on a new computer that the free month version of office 365 be deleted FIRST. When you load data from old computer - especially Outlook- it tries to use the 365 program and you do not realize this until things don’t work well. I am extremely happy with my program and the support I received.

Customer service was exceptional. I accidentally ordered one of their softwares for Windows as opposed to MacOS. I contact customer support and they replied within minutes. They were kind enough to correct my mistake in a timely manner. FYI their software pricing is amazing also.

I wasn't too optimistic with this product purchase, as it was at a fair price. Sure enough, I had difficulty downloading the program. I emailed the support service with the problem and Andrew Waugh replied back with some step by steps to try. I followed them, and still had difficulty downloading the program. Over the course of a few days corresponding, with more hints, we finally achieved the desired outcome. I appreciate Andrew's patience and his persistence. He is easy to communicate with. I am very satisfied with the support service and would not hesitate to deal with this company.

I used to say "you can't see through a telephone", but trust me, if he is representative of their customer service staff, THEY CAN! I'm a first time purchaser and was hesitant about this site at first. I made an error in my email when making a purchase for office program. Contacted support and a short time later everything had been rectified. I was sent an email with all the info I needed to activate the software and I'm now enjoying my purchase.
