Scam, After ordering and paying for the software there is no link to download the software.

I recently purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 but was having difficulties with the installation because of my inability to execute the activation process. Unknown to me when I went to install an MS Office for Mac Home and Business 2021 bought from TechExpert, my 11yr old MacBook Air was too old to allow a system upgrade required by the new MS Office. The same condition existed with my son, whom I told to also buy such an MS Office for his MacBook Air. Deeply disappointed with two purchases unusable, I contacted TEB, explained our situation in detail, and requested a refund for my Office and my son's Office. Andrew Waugh handled our case, gathered more detail and replied with a full refund for me and for my son. I was most pleased with his professionalism on our cases. Days or weeks later, I decided to buy a NEW MacBook Air with all new everything. Then, I went immediately back to TEB and bought another copy of the same MS Office for Mac. It worked perfectly after extensive help on installation and activation from Microsoft. But long story short, TEB showed most honestly and professionally in the whole saga. I'll visit TEB again with confidence.

I was very hesitant initially, but after reading reviews on other websites and BBB ratings, I finally decided to pay and purchase microsoft office 2021 for mac life time. After payments instructions came right away on confirmation page and to my email. When I followed the instructions it did take me to microsoft website where the serial number was recognized and I was able to install the pkg and once downloaded and full installed, I can see all microsoft office products word, excel, ppt, onenote, outlook ,etc and first time when you open it will ask for activation, you just have to login to the same microsoft account which you just created or logged in to download and it will activate it and vola , u have full version of office on your mac - JUST AWESOME

Recently purchased Office for PC, was an easily download, even for a non-techie person like myself!! Program works great! Then I chose to upgrade to a new laptop only weeks later, I didn't realize I couldn't transfer to my new device. I contacted the Support via email, and they were super quick to resolve my issue and help me get Office installed on my new device. Highly recommend!!

Cost and works great now that I figured out how to install it . Windows 10 makes it a little tricky !

It works and it's pretty cheap. Didn't need the entire office suite. Only use Excel and Word so didn't want to do a subscription. Had a lot of trouble downloading image file, apparently due to my ISP. Instruction for "mounting" image file in Windows 10 are a little thin. After a right click on downloaded image file I did not have the option to "Mount". Have right click file, select properties, general, and change open with to Windows Explorer. Then a right click on the file will give you option to "Mount". After that go to This PC. On mine the DVD image appeared in the DVD drive D: Installation was pretty simple and program updates worked. Overall satisfied.
