I did dislike the delivery.

I did dislike the delivery.
I asked for delivery on adress : Bavostraat 118 CH Nuth, because I was that week not on my own adress in Gulpen. At the Bavostrastraat in Nuth is a shop of a friend, that is opened from tuesday until sonday, but no, I had to go to a shop in Voerendaal.
I was not very amused, about this way of delivering.
Not very friendly people.
Finally, if I had knew about this kind of delivering, I had chosen for an adress on Gulpen.

Ive received fine item

Ive received fine item, which works perfectly. However, delivery time was simply yoo long. Ive been waiting for themprchased item for more than a week, and this is simply not good enough.

There is no support service

There is no support service, no telephone number and on e-mail they are not answering. About returning a product, they had made a rules, that you can’t return a product if you change your mind, clients have no rights at all. This company are sending products with low quality from Temu! Please never buy anything from them. Registered in Lithuania.

Delivered in timeframe and left in safe place. Tracked every step of the way. Easy to use website with confirmation e-mail within a few minutes. Very good product.

Paid over £69 for two small doorbells which were not delivered or refunded.

Paid over £69 for two small doorbells which were not delivered. TF refused to issue refund though evidence of the missing delivery and our new purchase of the doorbells from another trader was emailed to it. BTW, the price at different traders is much more competitive.
It also refuses to provide details of its local trading standards or its equivalent. TF seems to be quite experienced in this kind of unethical practice.
