Ordered 2 x screen protectors

Ordered 2 x screen protectors, for Motorola g31which the discriptor claimed it was for, through shopify, from the company Techgear.co.uk, took ages to come and when it did, one screen protector came already cracked and broken, the other didn't fit properly when I tried to stick it down. It was too small for the screen and didn't have a cutout like my last protector did for camera lens, (a protector that actually fitted). This screen protector was specifically recommended on the site, for my exact make and model of phone and it was over half a cm out, on the entirity of two sides on the length and width, this isn't a slight discrepancy, this is way out and an epic fail. There isn't a person I know, who would honestly feel content with that for their own device.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Screen protectors can occasionally arrive damaged if the outer packaging is impacted in transit, and we understand how frustrating that is.

Regarding fit, our screen protectors are designed to match the manufacturer’s display specifications for each model. Differences in edge curvature, camera cut-outs, or protector style compared to previous brands can sometimes cause confusion during application.

We do aim to resolve issues promptly when contacted directly. If you have not already done so, please contact our customer support team via our website with your order details so we can review this properly and assist.

Kind regards,
TECHGEAR Customer Support
