Unusable product
The product is a shell to Samsung Galaxy S26+. To function it requires an app: "SmartWindow". The app altered Android configuration in a faulty way that led to the sound disappearing in the phone. The phone was completely silent. After uninstallation of SmartWindow everything worked OK again. The product is unusable. You should not sell it.
