I want to thank Mr. Ivan Gonzalez that took the time to get my printer working again. I can't tell you how lost I was in this matter. I had done all I could do to follow the tips I found online. I was starting to believe I had to buy a new printer that right now I could not afford. He was able to fix my problem and now all I have to do is buy more ink. Thank you very much Sir.
