Review on Techinn website about kettle
We requested the cream Adler AD 1283 kettle 1L.
A capuchino color kettle arrived. Model no Adler AD 1283C.
This was a deeper coffee coloured kettle so Color was wrong and we raised the issue complete with photos of online kettle and different model numbers online versus actual kettle delivered. Therefore we requested to return the item as my wife was disappointed as it didn’t match the sites advertised cream color.
Techinn offered a partial refund if we keep the wrong coloured kettle or return the kettle for full refund.
We opted to return the kettle as it doesn’t fit the kitchen color scheme.
Techinn then sent a further message stating the color of the kettle was actually cream and matched the advertised color on their website. Maybe we should change our pc display settings? They reiterated the offer of €8 should be taken or we could return the kettle at our own expense.
We took the partial refund offer as we are of the opinion that there is no further point in dealing with this company any longer.
We do a lot of business on- line and we were glad that we were only dealing with Techinn for a small priced item as it gave us a very good insight into their poor customer service. We won’t purchase any further items from them again.
The capuchino kettle will go to a charity shop. :)

The phone was higher spec but cheaper…
The phone was higher spec but cheaper than available via UK retailer. I was able to track it easily,and the phone arrived within the stated time and in perfect condition. The included charger is European two pin, but an adapter was included too. I was slightly wary of buying a phone from outside the UK but, other than taking longer to arrive, I haven't encountered any issues. So far, everything works perfectly.

Order on 13/3/2025. Item not dispatched till the 20th and it's now the 24/3/2025 and not arrived yet was originally given a 5 day delivery on purchase. If it was not in transit I would cancel it. Thay are slower than Ali express or temu and is saying something. You can bet your bottom dollar I won't be using them again.

We offer a wide variety of products, many of which are in stock at our logistics centre for immediate dispatch and others are listed with a longer delivery date, meaning they come from other warehouses.
When you select one of these products you are given an estimated delivery date based on the transit time of the product to our logistics centre (from where all orders are sent) and the shipping time according to the transport company you have chosen.
We do our best to constantly improve our service, but occasionally, due to stock shortages, duplicate orders and working in real time with stock, some products are shown in stock but may be temporarily out of stock or delivery may be delayed.
In this case and unfortunately, we can only pass on to our customers the delivery times indicated by our suppliers.
Remember that you can modify or add items to your order from your account or cancel the order at any time if you prefer not to wait any longer for a product.
On the contrary, you will receive an email as soon as the order is shipped with the carrier's tracking number and the invoice.
We have taken your comments into account and have forwarded them to the relevant department in order to continuously improve and take measures to improve the quality of our services as well.

Hi.i purchased a glow speaker at technn.i was worried since the reviews are not good.but for my side I did receive my goods and the support team did not dissappear on me.on my email enquiry they gave me the post office link to track my parcel I went and phone the post and track it then it was collected. Just bear in my their delivery process it long u don't relax.i wish if they can improve their corrier company since we are paying huge amounts other overseas companies they charge less and deliver fast at our door.

Bought a replacement phone for my wife ordered on 24.02.2025 paid £5.99 for delivery and then the date for delivery started to slip it finally came on the 6th March 11 days I chatted and emailed no apology I was offered 15%off my next order told them I was not keen using them again and asked for my postal costs to be reimbursed no chance 11 days for a phone is not acceptable just give me my £5.99 back please your did not keep your promise for delivery order number 56584124
If you take my complaint seriously then refund the postage simple you can make excuses but we should not wait 11 days for a mobile phone it stated it was in stock but when I have tracked it. Seems to have been through customs. If that's correct then it was never going to be delivered in a decent time don't understand your reply "order delivered on the day of your order" it took 11 days to get a New phone useless customer service all I wanted was what I paid for the delivery

After reading mixed reviews about Techinn. I decided to take a stab and risk it, I ordered a Zatanna statue I really wanted (Great Price) My parcel came a not to bad time as it was coming from Spain.... The Price and Time were pretty Good but when I opened my parcel I was shocked that there was no packaging, not one piece of Bubble wrap or foam.?! To say that a fragile model was coming from Spain I would have thought that abit of bubble wrap would have been a given to stop the box from being banged about in transit as the workers are not to caring. Luckily there was no damage to my model. If I do order from Techinn again I think I will drop them a message about putting some packaging in the box.

Avoid using this company
This is not a company you can rely on if things do not go to plan. Service response to issues is poor and ignores the customer. They finally acknowledged that they did not deliver the machine but I am still waiting for a refund. Seems I can re-order if I still want a coffee maker. I am forced to go elsewhere

Awful customer service. Order placed in December 2024 and the company merged my billing and delivery addresses to create an address that doesn’t exist. The courier requested an updated address which I provided however the company insisted it had to be returned to them and a refund would be provided. We’re now in March 2025 and I am yet to receive a refund and am receiving repeated excuses that they are investigating it with the courier and trying to locate my parcel before they can issue a refund, despite acknowledging that the parcel never reached me. I can now see other reviews where they have done the same thing - clearly trying to evade giving refunds at all costs, even when the mistake is theirs. Awful service, avoid at all costs!!!

Gas Hob I bought was cheapest on Techinn. After payment, I was told it will arrive on a certain date. I arranged a plumber to come next day. The plumber arrived but hob didn't. I had to pay plumber for his visit. Hob arrived three days later than described date. Everything went OK, it cost me £50 for delayed delivery.
