I took my Spectrum-locked iPhone 12 to TechMajesty, who were able to unlock it in a matter of days. What a sense of comfort that has given me. I assumed I'd require a new phone. Thank you a lot!

I don't know much about carrier locked phone so I was really nervous I wouldn't be able to use my phone again, and I just bought it last month. Thank goodness I found out about TechMajesty. Staff explained to me what was the problem and I got my phone back only less than a week. Thank you so much!

I have to keep it simple they have wasted enough of my time. any good review is a scam and i recommend folks stop using this company so they can shut down. I have blasted my social media to stay away. I requested a refund before they even told me they couldn't unlock my phone and no reply. They sent a chip i didnt ask for that did not work either. I made a complaint on the better business buruea as well. please please stay away!!! unless they give a miracle and start honoring their lie they will have a class action coming soon enough littel do they know

I would give this a zero if I could. The communication is rubbish. I paid for unlock I even paid for 24hours they didn’t get back to me until two days later saying they couldn’t unlock it. I’ve been trying to communicate with them since the beginning of July about sending an unlocking sim I cannot call the customer care number and it directly refers me to the email. The last email that was sent to me was on Sunday. Today makes it a week. A phone is a necessity and I don’t think this company puts its customer as a priority as it says on the app. I strongly do not recommend

Some minutes after I left this review this company emailed me threatening me to remove my review or else I won’t be refunded. So my refund is not given back to me because I didn’t get my services but because I left an honest review?
They had to make me remove my review to get a refund

They helped me unlock my iPhone SE from boost mobile to work with Metro PCS. They were very patient with me and kept trying everything until it worked!

Everything went just how it was explained... Being patient was the hardest part... Very responsive and communicative on all questions... Apple Watch 6 gps and cellular activation unlocked

Unlocking process went well and as mentioned on their YouTube videos only took 7 minutes tops. overall will bee doing more business, they are 100% legit. Doesn't hurt to give them a try.

I was with Boost Mobile (which I don’t recommend) and they would not unlock my phone, so I could go to a different carrier. For two weeks straight, I asked every two days (because that’s the length of time they said unlocking a phone would take) to have them unlock my phone. They would come up with answers like it was going through to the back office, it was still being processed, it wasn’t eligible even though it was, etc. They were so desperate that they kept stringing me along to get me to stay until I came across TechMajesty. I had to pay, but it was definitely worth the money. It shipped and got to my house within a reasonable time and they were super friendly. I even had trouble getting the SIM to work. They then sent me a very detailed email on what to do and what do you know? It worked! They are a legit godsend because Lord knows I wouldn’t have my phone unlocked if it wasn’t for them.

So there was a total thunder dome of a cluster that Verizon had caused with my initial SIM card or as I refer to it, round 1-2. Tech Majesty did an incredible job staying patient with me as I was about to lose my mind (2 weeks no cell service.) After making the leap to AT&T round 3 was pure gold. We are up and running (perhaps a bit emotionally scarred by Verizon) but who cares... my iPhone 8S is working well and I can't thank the crew at TechMajesty enough. Christmas miracle they pulled.

I unlock more than two phones in this company. The coustmer service is just incredibly faster specially if you can pay extar money to get it done wisin one houre. Westing time seems not work here. The coustmer service is so help full and positive I am very happy by them.

terrible, trash, scam etc. i ordered an unlock code for iphone 11 Pro Max I even paid the 20$ extra for the 24hr service and needless to say i received NOTHING! Then receive an email from them saying they cannot unlock Spectrum and they will be sending me some kind of SIM to unlock, I told them to refund because I already have the SIM to bypass the activation process, I have tried emailing several times calling several times and have gotten no response, to me i would call that a scam. thanks for taking my money and giving me nothing

Jonathan was very professional and polite. Unfortunately my phone was not reset to factory specs pre T-Mobile hijacking. I did receive a partial refund so that was good. One Technician was not very professional and ghosted me because of an unfortunate internet speed issue that I was told wouldn't be a problem just meant it would take longer. The right thing to do would have been tell me he didn't have the patience to help me out minimum. I had high hopes.

I received excellent customer care from the wreck at tech support I couldn't get the code to take when I first tried it I received a call from one of their reps was very knowledgeable very friendly tell me exactly what I needed to do and within 3 minutes my phone was unlocked and ready to be used I'm very happy to have my phone back in service and I can't thank techmajesty enough for all their support and I hope they continue to do a great and awesome public service that they provide with allowing people to use the devices they spend so much of their hard-earned money for thank you again I will be sure if in the future that I need any of their support to give them a call first tech Majesty has just gained a customer for life!!
