Excellent service

The price was great, communication (order processing and delivery updates) was timely and accurate. I am very pleased with the service I received. This was my first time ordering from TechNextDay and evrything went very smoothly. The drive I purchased was really well packaged and reached me in perfect condition.

The name is ironic

The name is ironic, if you need a part quickly, please pay more and use a different company.

I've been waiting a week for a part to be dispatched despite it being 'next day', still awaiting, ignoring all my messages. I've lost income because of this and they haven't had the decency to even cancel my order.

ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR RETURNS

Ordered an item never opened it a change of circumstance meant I need to return and the RMA proceedure is shocking. No guidance, rude person on the phone basically a " you return and find out the information becuas eim not bothered attitude"....DO NOT USE

No tracking information for my parcel…

No tracking information for my parcel which came when no one was in eventually came the next day when someone was home. Probably still wouldn't have got tracking info had I not contacted support.
