Misleading returns policy

I received a faulty PSU from Technextday (TND) so I phoned them for advice on retuning it. As instructed, I raised an RMA and retuned the PSU. I also sent TND the invoice for the cost of return postage via email.
It now transpires that TND or their customer service department doesn’t accept emails. During a subsequent phone call I was told that there is no point sending anything to the customer services email address (see Facebook) as they only respond to enquiries sent via their online portal.
Thankfully, TND have now agreed to refund the cost of return postage but in doing so they also stated that "If you are returning misdescribed goods, please contact Customer Services for a pre-paid returns label" and also referred me to the T&Cs for ‘misdescribed’ items.
However, the PSU was not misdescribed, it was faulty and the TND website does not state that a customer must ask for a prepaid label before returning faulty items.
Other reviewers on this website seem to have been similarly misled when returning faulty items. In view of this I would not recommend this retailer until TND clarify their returns policy.

Excellent Service

I bought a PSU from the Technextday Ebay store and within 5 months the PSU had became faulty and stopped working. I contacted Customer Service and sent the PSU back for RMA. The PSU was indeed found faulty and replacement was sent within a month. Throughout the process the communication was great and I was kept updated. Many thanks for your professionalism and excellent Service.

Dumb response to my review. Don't buy from these scammers.

Trust pilot reviews its very easy for companies to get fake positive reviews, there are businesses that literally exist to get a company fake positive trustpiIot reviews. Google reviews are a more accurate review metric, and they have 2 star google reviews, please do not buy from these guys. I used to sell on eBay myself, you guys sent an empty package full of rubbish instead of a Playstation 5. It takes literally less then than 2 minutes to issue a full refund from your end. You cannot ruin someone's Christmas and not expect action to be taken. Why risk legal action and having to pay fees when you can just refund the buyer you scammed? I really do not see the logic, either way, we are getting our money back.. whether it will be through the bank where you will pay a dispute fee and/or through the courts where we will receive an appropriate amount of compensation for this nightmare situatuon..it does not matter. Video and photographic evidence of goods being received and opened. I have spoken to DPD, and in transit, packages are weighed, although weight information is not normally available, in a legal pursuit that information will certainly be released. The DPD driver who delivered the goods knows about this as well and we are getting as much information from them as possible. You guys don't understand how fked you are. What you guys are trying to prove or get out of this I'll never know.

Very fast delivery

Very fast delivery. Ordered yesterday at around 3pm, received at around noon today. Delivery was free of charge. And the price was the best compared to competitors. Will definitely consider this company for further purchases.
