Everything went smooth, from the purchase online to the email with the details which arrived in a couple of minutes right after the purchase. When trying to activate the software I had a small issue, I wrote to them at 8pm and to my surprise I received an answer from the customer support within 15min and my issue was resolved. Wow! Thank you

This garage doesn' sound serious/honest.
The garage will send you videos showing a car in a good condition, ask you to send a copy of your passport and driving liscence, pay a down payment of 5'000€ to reserve the car, send you picture of the car with an inscription that it is booked for 14 days and when you tell them that you prefer to come and try the car by yourself before the payment, they will find a way to escape from the proforma and refuse the sale !
My impression is that they are fake !!! Be cautious in dealing with them.
Then, after posting my review on Truspilot, they answered telling a lie, pretending that I wanted to take the car without payment! The fact is that I told them theat I can come personally to check the car within 12 hours (the following morning) and If I wanted to buy it then I pay and start preparing the documents and the answer was that they cancle the invoice !!
