I have had an issue with the key
I have had an issue with the installation but it was a prompt solved by contacting technikmarkt.
I was surprised within less then 1 hour evething worked well.

I have had problems with the activation of MS apps
I have had problems with the activation of MS-Office and MS-Visio apps. The maximum number of usage of the activation key were reached. I open the help chat Saturday 14:00. After a short check I got 2 new activation keys. With the new keys the activation was done without any problems. I assume the root cause of my problem was the delayed activation. I did the activation one month after I bought the license.

Solve the problem, in about 1hour
I´ve a problem to activate my software, what i bought in November.
I try a lot of times, to solve my problem, without help, but it wasn´t possible, so i try to reach the service from this company, but i don´t beleive that someone answer me on sunday.
Big surprise for me, in about 20min, i get an answer from the service, and they help me to solve my problem, in about 1 hour. at the moment the software, works fine. Thank you very much.

My MS office worked perfectly fine...
My MS office worked perfectly fine for month, than i had a problem and it didnt work anymore. I wrote an email to the customer service and a few minutes later they sent me another key and my MS office works fine again. Great service!
