I liked the quick support. I had some self-imposed issues with the installation, but the staff quickly got me straightened out. The installation was actually very simple.

I purchased Office 2021 Pro back in 2022 and it's been working perfectly fine. Over last few weeks been having issues with Excel not responding during formatting, saving sheets as PDF etc and also Word on occasion. I used AI to figure some things out and none of which fixed the issue so it suggested I repair office. I did that but in usual MS fashion it overwrote my register key and installed a completely different product for which my key didn't work, even though it was still in the registry. It kept asking me to pay. So I reached out on chat, luckily I managed to find the original set up email. I mentioned it was business critical and asked me to email. Within minutes they'd sent me a new installation and I'm now back up and running within the hour. Fantastic! Thank you.

I was having difficulty installing the software and they responded within 1 minute of my text, despite it being after office hours, in the evening. They also stayed with me until it was working. Rarely do we see this today. Full marks.

Hi, I purchased the office pro plus and also wanted visio for 2 projects I have coming up. I was on a budget and I got visio as a bonus I was over the moon for that. The initial download and install for office was not working out on my device and Techno UK was on the case until it was resolved. I am so grateful for the dedicated assistance. Got free upgrade of MS Office product that I was purchasing plus v quick delivery of downloads via email. Instructions were thorough and I downloaded the software easily (although a bit nervously due to my poor IT skills).Will use these guys again.

Buyer beware. The company claims to be selling lifetime licenses to Office 365 for mobile, this is not something they are allowed to do. Instead you receive a login account registered to a fake company. You are therefore exposed to the risk at any time that they can regain control of the account and all of your files. Seems to be preying on non-tech-savvy buyers. Has been reported to Microsoft and Trading Standards.

Downloaded a new 365 and had a few teething problems but the help desk were excellent and had me up and running in minutes. Excellent customer service

I am not the best on computer and I really struggled to download the software onto my i pad.I was given lots and lots of help until I eventually managed to sort out the problem .This company is really good and very very helpful when dealing with people like me who never had computers in school and only picked up bit in later years.A company you can trust.

Was a frustrating experience downloading the Microsoft office on to my laptop hampered also by having my dominant wrist in plaster. However,Techno Zone were always prompt and helpful with my problems and today everything is downloaded and I am thrilled.

I received a version of Windows 365 that TechZone upgraded for free as part of my purchase. The problem was I could not install it on my Mac as it is an older laptop and has reached the limit on OS upgrades.
Thought I would have a problem getting a lower iteration of the product or a refund. I sent them an e-mail explaining the situation and "with a few hours" they sent me an iteration that worked with my version of Mac.
They have excellent service and sell a good product for very low prices.
I would recommend TechZone to anyone and I'm in the US and they're located in the UK.

Too many red flags on their website (who claims their product is "100% genuine") and chatting with an agent only confirmed the likelihood that these guys are scammers. Best to steer clear.
