Very bad service , I ordered a tablet from them , and its not in the stock, they didnt return the money or deliver the tablet. Not responding to any emails or phone calls. I filed a case against them in DAD and dubai polices. They are thiefs.

Very bad service, not recommended at all. They don't respond phone calls. I have place order using tabby and now they asking me to pay full amount so they can arrange the phone. not trustworthy. be careful guys!!

After the payment no response for when the delivery will happen. Both the contact numbers provided on the website is not answering . This is not a professional way.

Before you buy, Think twice. Technoor.me is not genuine reseller. technoor.me scam, technoor.me fraud.
Recently, I shopped through technoor.me They are totally fraud. I purchased brand new Samsung s23 ultra however, the phone has scratches on it and was second hand and they sealed it with fake one. I asked them for help and find a resolution to that, but all of them neglect despite the fact that I had got footage of the unboxing.

My phone screen died within 14 days of purchase, spontaneously, no misuse, no fall, zero scratches on it. Customer Service promised that the phone would be replaced after I return it, adding that they are doing this to keep the customer happy. It took weeks for them to arrange pickup, days for them to inspect only to be told that they will only arrange a screen replacement for which I need to pay. Then they promised to waive the repair fees (to keep the customer happy), but I must wait as China is under lockdown and they are finding it difficult to arrange screen replacement. On insisting that they were to replace the phone with a new phone and to my surprise, I was told weeks after their inspection for the first time that the damage to the phone was my fault (Which it isn't)!!! There is a complete lack of any systems and any authority or training for Customer Service people. I am still waiting for them to respond to keep me as a happy customer.

Very bad service I had bought a zenfone 8 from them and the battery is very weak they are refusing to take it back they want to keep it in a lab for 15 days after which they will decide what they will do until then I will not have a phone this is not proper they said that we are not Amazon or noon.com we cannot replace or refund even though they are having receipt which says that you can do that within 7-14 days
Stay away don't buy from here

Phone screen died on me spontaneously (zero scratch on it). Search it online and it was a well known issue covered by warranty every where in the world except at technoor.me . They simply said screens are out of warranty by our terms and conditions. Now I have to pay $370 USD to get my screen replaced (only solution), imagine to pay $370 USD for a manufacturing errors.

That was the most bad experience i have in dubai.

I bought Note 20 ultra from them and asked for invoice which will make me refund vat in the airport.

They gave me wrong documents so i couldn't refund vat , i contacted with them and then they gave me wrong information again on how to refund vat.

i don't recommend them to any one because they are not honest they gave false information to scape from the responsibility

Ordered the phone oneplus 9 thru their website and had to deliver to Qatar, Phone came in thru DHL in 3 days, I dont mind the 125QAR delivery fee, It's all worth it! Thanks

I did not expect to received the ordered item in just 1 day or maybe less. The item was paid on Friday which is their day off and manage to sent the next day on Saturday at 2PM via DHL Express and received the item on Sunday at around 11:00 AM. The item were package well and handled carefully. This kind of service is more than 5* both from the Technoor and DHL. Highly recommended to buy your gadgets with them.
