Very impressed with how responsive they are to any question or concern. Any problem I have ever had has been resolved quickly and efficiently. A real pleasure to deal with. I used to dread having to call in to talk to my previous TV provider.

First and foremost you guys are…
First and foremost you guys are professional and I like it. You get right to the issue right away if their is an issue. The connection is a problem for me. Everytime I turn my tvs on I go through an connection issue. I just keep reconnecting and it finally connects. After the tvs are playing for awhile the TV guide goes out. I leave it out because I would have to reconnect everything all over again. Other than that it’s plenty of channels to watch. I thank you guys: if those 2 issues can be corrected that would be awesome.

Any issues we have had have been…
Any issues we have had have been quickly rectified almost immediately after emailing to TechPortal, actually within half an hour our problems were explained and a solution found. Most of the problems have been us not understanding the procedures. Super explanations.
Use only TechPortal for our tv viewing and appreciate that there is such a variety to view.

It's ok I like how many channels are available live TV on touch and go pretty much every time I'm watching a sporting event it cut out and I have to go out and back in again I get 403 error alot
