Amamzing support

I was facing issues with incredimail crashing with error message kernel.dll. asking to send or dont send error report.
i was not able to open my emails at all.
these people i called and they promptly took care of the issue and fixed my incredimail.
now i am able to use my incredimail.

good company

The people I spoke with were very polite and knew what they were doing.They fixed my problem within a short period of time.The only negative thing was your price.I feel $100 would have been plenty but i was stuck and i had nowhere else to turn.If your pricing was better i would have rated you five stars.

Promised refund

They promised to return my money-instead they completely fouled up my computer-Please I can/t use the service and they were not truthful as to who they are, I am on SSN and can't afford service that didn't help but rather harmed me

Virus

Staff did good, but the reason for only four stars because of the loud background noises that was present. It makes it hard for us the is hard of hearing.

I needed help installing Windows 10 Vipin was just super. I had two computers and we installed Window 10 one and worked for several sessions trying to install it on the other Vipin was just great.

I am completely satisfied with the session with TechSaviours LLC. One suggestion would help if TechSaviours has a way to pass along the experience with my situation and probably others to Microsoft so they can fix the problems with the compatability of different computer manufactures to there new version of Windows.

Techservice made this experience easy and comprehensible for me. Harry was exceedingly helpful. My only comment is that I would have preferred to have had the opportunity to review the service summary prior to writing a review. The document will arrive for my perusal however in 48hours.
