I purchased UGC content creation…

I purchased UGC content creation services from TeckShark, and it's been over two months, but they still haven’t delivered the final work. They only seem to take the project seriously when you ask for a refund.
After I bought their service, it took them a week just to start writing the script. Then it dragged on for an entire month with no results. When I asked for a refund, they finally responded, asked about my concerns, and assigned a new content writer—but the new content was still uncreative and poorly written.
Even after 15 days, the content they delivered was extremely low quality—not unique, not engaging, and not professional. They then tried to create the actual video content, which was again disappointing and below standard. After that, they promised to complete the work in 2 days but kept extending the timeline without delivering anything satisfactory.
When I again requested a refund, they asked if I wanted a meeting with their editor. It’s clear that they only start putting in effort when you threaten to pull out.
Overall, this was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend TeckShark for UGC content. I can't speak for their other services, but based on my experience, I suggest avoiding them.
