Sofa was easy to order and quick for delivery... It was handled with ease but I noticed very quickly something was wrong.. With a couple of messages on Facebook, messenger and WhatsApp the problem was resolved, but due to my mistake I had ordered a different design from one sofa to the other. Again. This was quickly resolved and a replacement sofa was delivered and the other one taken away..
Sofas are very comfy and well padded.. Operation of the recliners feel smooth and sturdy and the finance option was flexible when I offered a bigger deposit and interest free.
Brilliant product overall... And fits my needs

Had my Vinson 2 x 3 seaters delivered last week and they are amazing. I was very nervous ordering having not tested them to see if they were comfy, but got it say I’m so relieved these are perfect and so comfy. Tbh they are deadly because as soon as me and my family sit on them and recline the seats we all start falling asleep lol. They have so much to offer and at such a good price especially with the 20% off aswell. If you are on the fence about ordering them go for it you won’t be disappointed. Also I must praise the delivery men, they were both very polite, asked if they needed to remove their shoes before entering, took all the rubbish away and showed us how everything worked, just brilliant 😊

Settee is wonderful can tell the real leather as it stretches with wear. Settee is really comfortable and the colour is better than expected. Definitely a recommendation on the series 5 3 and 2 seater sofa set. Wife me and the kids love it and looking forward to using the seat heaters in the winter. All in all so far so good after the 4th day of having it.

Delivered within 5 days very comfortable, so glad I came across this shop, delivery men very pleasant and helpful highly recommend this company

Purchased a two and three seater remote recliner last November 2004. All ok for a couple of weeks but then the two seater recliner mechanism broke. Initial response very quick but engineers could not fix so ordered new motor. Since then three more engineer visits and still waiting for it to be fixed. Tech Sofa have stopped responding to me and even after a phone call Wednesday where they promised to ring me back they have not. I will post every week now until they sort this but do not give them your hard earned money if they are going to ignore you when something breaks. Watch this space for updates.

The sofa is fab. Very happy with it.
Took longer than the ‘guaranteed 2-4 weeks’ but a call to Tech Sofa sorted that out fairly quickly.
The two guys who delivered the sofa were a good bunch but the courier’s logistics management hasn’t got a clue.
Other than that, I’m very happy.

We live in the Highlands so delivery was by a third party courier and although they were not aware that delivery included unpacking and setup they did so without complaint when asked.
Sofa is substantial and sems to be very well made from quality materials and is very comfortable, however, we have only had for 2 weeks so cannot comment on how well it will wear over the years.

The Tech sofa was delivered on time and we are very pleased with it.It is higher than our old one so much easier to get off
and very comfortable. The reclining seats are very comfortable and easy to move.

I will begin by saying the sofa is of good quality. It's comfortable, fun, mostly does what it says it should do. The company they use for deliveries is exceptional. Process is easy and straightforward, delivery times are also a plus.

Now the issue is customer service and some, in my opinion, shady tactics. After looking at purchasing the Series Three 2 seater sofa, we looked at the video presented on the page and at the pictures of the sofa. The video shoes the sofa having control buttons on the side of the sofa as well as on the centre console. Pictures of the sofa also show this. Fast forward to the sofa being delivered and suddenly, there are no buttons. The problem I have with this is, if you know your product has changed, albeit a small detail, change your pictures. You're showing people items that are out of date and do not reflect real life.

I tried contacting their support team for some answers, our sofa also has a non functional speaker on the right side, but it seems no-one bothers to answer after the sofa's already bought.
