We order our sofa online on Saturday and it is now in our lounge on Thursday amazing service

Great communication, suite came quickly, great prices. Delivery men were also very helpful took away all packaging and made sure everything was working before they left.

Received sofas last week delivery was just over a week
Delivery men were brilliant found marks on one sofa and took pictures and phoned it in immediately

Less than a week later I have had word to say replacement on the way

Sofas are lovely and good quality

The sofa and delivery was excellent.9 days from ordering to delivery.i had to take 1 star off because the delivery man snapped one of my speakers and bracket off the wall.it cost me 124 pounds to replace them.still happy with my new sofa.

Sofa took longer than expected to be delivered, however customer service was great, answered on first call provided me with a update and got things sorted. Delivery guys were 10/10 and put the sofa together.
All in all very satisfied and would definitely purchase again. Thank you very much.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased from texh sofa in a matter of month, I purchased a 2 seater for my caravan and this week a 3 seater and a chair. Both smooth transactions, good prices , customer service 👌, delivery spot on and furniture itself is really good and comfortable. Would definitely use them again

Great service fantastic quality and very good price style for everyone

Sofa is so comfortable and works perfectly so far. I had managed to miss a 10% discount during purchase and Carrie from customer service offered to honour the discount through refund after the sofa arrived. I was quite surprised as most companies don't tend to care enough for small things like that, but it completely sold me that I had made a good purchase.

We recently received our Series 3, 3 seater and 2 armchairs and are more than pleased. The quality is really good, with a sturdy build and good materials used. Plus it's very very comfortable! Delivery was great too! Highly recommended.

Ordered online a 3 and 2 seater reclining sofa. Both sofas appear very well made and very sturdy and I like the design which is quite modern and you only need 10cm space between the sofa and wall. Both sofas are very firm and comfortable and have good back support which did take several days to get use to as our old sofa was quite soft and did not have any support at all. Nice smooth mechanism when reclining. Very pleased with purchase. Only had one communication from the sofa company confirming the order but we did communicate with the delivery company several times about the final delivery date they were so kind and considerate about the date as my husband had several hospital appointments and the company were so understanding we were very grateful. Both men who delivered the sofas were very nice and helpful and respectful of our property.

I was a little skeptical about buying a sofa online without seeing it in person. I was also a little wary as its hard to know if reviews are genuine. But oh my goodness!

I ordered the version 3 seater and 2 seater models. I am beyond thrilled with them. They are comfortable, stylish and have incredible tech. The cooling cup holders are amazing and the adjustable head rests are an absolute game changer. The sofas look exactly like the pictures online and the whole process was quick and easy!
