Got my gaming pc built here for my son absolutely pleasure to deal with and have everything done very quickly

Damaged laptop screen required a review and replacement. Received comprehensive customer service from Jonathan (Store Mngr.) who explained in detail the assessment process and the expected return date. Within 30mins of delivering the laptop for free screen assessment, I received a 'phone call from Davor (excellent Repair Technician) who explained the damage, cost of repair and proposed date of collection. Within 24hrs., I received another 'phone call from Davor that my laptop was repaired, fully operational and ready for collection. Top laptop repair experience from TechStar, a very competent Company and one that I'm very happy to have found, sure to recommend to friends and to use if/when required in future. Thanks again to Davor and Jonathan.

Michael Fynlan was the person who attended me. Very helpful and prompt to reply by my email with a quotation. My husband went to pick it up the following week and he said the person (does not know if it was Michael) double checked all that had been promised was set up. We always come back there as we find their service reliable and friendly. Thanks again!

Fixed my laptop within 24 hours. So friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I had a sudden problem and the day after i was due to submit my assignment.
I explained this in the shop and even though they were busy with repairs, they did my laptop's diagnostics asap and Davor J. fixed the best he could (old laptop) so that I can finish and submit my assignment on time. He even gave me a call to check if it was working properly the next day.
Really appreciate their human side and not seeing me just as an order number.

I had a broken iPad and because of a bit of a botch job done by another company previously there was issues with replacing the screen which would have left me in serious trouble but thankfully the guy I was dealing with, James, (owe you a pint bigtime!😀) managed to sort it.
Excellent communication and service.

Fast, honest, reliable. Those are words I would use to describe the staff that I dealt with at TechStar. Rang them to check if they had an item in stock, and was told they didn't have it in the shop I contacted but they did in another. The staffer I talked to but the other shop on alert for my order and they had it shipped out the same day, and arrived the next day, as they said it would.

Will definitely be coming back to get more items as needed from TechStar!

Highly recommend Tech Star, Dock Rd Galway. The team have helped me on 2 separate occasions with urgent repairs to my laptop. Nothing was too much hassle and the team were very efficient, I had my laptop returned on the same day, each time. Will definitely to this store again.

Problem with the backlight with my Lenovo ThinkPad. Dim screen. Took it in yesterday at 10.30 and phone call at 4pm saying screen changed for €135. Looked on Google for average price and $150 to $200. Result. Working great. Was worried leaving it in because 25% of reviews not good but I had no complaints. Fast and friendly service. Good value and a job well done.

Very happy with the bluetooth keyboard and mouse. It arrived the next day and well packed.
