Website Re-Design, Update, Speed Up Loading Times

What they agreed to deliver was never delivered. They were going to work on speeding up our site speed, re-design our Product page and clean up our homepage. After going back and forth for months, the only thing that was delivered was a small section on the homepage, which after a couple of months, no longer works/loads at all. Everything seemed like it was going to be very smooth in the beginning after multiple calls with the teams, but once we paid and agreed to have them to the work, it just turned into a never ending communication nightmare. People wouldn't respond. The Lead on on our project then appeared out of no where, and apologized that she had been going through personal matters, and then they wanted up to buy more hours of work. Nothing was worth it. Complete waste of money

The company really won our trust!!!

The company really won our trust. They have given us full time resources for full stack development and they are absolutely spot on with every single deadline that we presented them. The team is efficient and polite to get the work done ASAP.

Talk a good talk but don't deliver

Talk a good talk but don't deliver, always moving the goal posts and were very difficult to deal with. Communication failure with the different cultures don't help. i have moved all are outsourcing to Europe. I would never use them again.
