What a great place this is everyone so friendly & helpful Went to buy a cable for my phone & James came out to my car & showed me how to connect my phone to CarPlay All this for a cable that only cost £6:99 Went back with a laptop I’d not used in 15 yrs as had been scammed when last used & Ian checked it out & said it was clean Daniel rang last night at 6:40 as still working & said my iPad needed a new battery as wasn’t taking a charge Now replacing battery Well done guys Will definitely recommend as such a lovely shop Very caring staff & great work 👌

I had an issue of a slow running HP desk top that is 7yrs old but does what we want and need, but it was taking a long time to start up and generally running slow. I contacted Ian over the weekend, by email, he got back to me virtually straight away, asked a few details about the machine, asked me to check memory size and hard drive type, even told me where to find the info.
He said he thought it was a hard drive issue and not memory as i thought it was. He suggested i take it in and they will check it out and get back to me. They got back Monday afternoon, said a new SSD hard drive was all i needed and they could fit one and transfer the data for me and let me have it back probably within 24hrs.
Ian set the machine up and showed me that everything was in exactly the same place as before and also how quickly it now starts and works.
We did not want to buy a new PC and now by spending just over £120 we now have a PC that works better than when we first bought it and it was all done and sorted within 2 working days.
Both my wife and i are amazed at how quickly things were sorted, resolved and was back home so quickly and now is a pleasure to switch on and use again. I have already recommended them to a few friends and family.
Thanks guys for a great job and stopping another PC going into landfill!!
