they have helped me numerous times; very courteous, just cannot get them sometimes, late at night or week-ends. My problem is that I have a hard time reaching them to pay invoices. However, they are very lenient about not always getting paid every month. At the moment, I owe several months, I would pay them for eight months today, but cannot find the right page (may be my own problem). I will look some more, tonight then try again by calling Techumans- do not want to call them now, time zone is 3 hours later than my own.
I am glad I found them, its much simpler than going to someone local, or paying for a visit from someone. Thanks, Techumans!

As a rather elderly user of the computer I find being able to communicate with an Iyogi represantative by written messages is so much easier than having to listen to and act on instructions on the phone as my hearing is not as good as formerly.

They have also been quick to make good anything that needed further attention. Always willing to ensure any problem has been solved satisfactorily and always very patient with slow learners.
