Amazing customer service, emailed me back immediately and let me exchange my item that was already ordered.

Great product!

The item itself is of good quality, worth the price i paid for it, however there were no manual for it or a QR code to download the LED app so i had to contact support, which answered me swiftly and provided me with what i needed

Horrendous product. Waited weeks for delivery, wasn't shipped out until 8 days after order. Zero build quality, cut quite literally unequally with scissors. Cuts where there shouldn't be, £90 for £10 worth of product. Full refund requested, DO NOT BUY

Using the shop app I am in constant communication with them. I've been able to see all of my. The products that I have ordered and be up-to-date with the tracking genuinely, very nice and helpful with any concerns, or questions, whether it be about the product, shipping, discounts or anything. Always a delight to have a great conversation with them about these current products and future upcoming products. i have purchased many things from them. And I plan to continue

I contacted the designers and they were extremely patient and helpful with getting a custom mask made up for me. They drew up a rough draft and worked with me throughout the entire process. I tracked my shipment (which took a reasonable amount of time) from the instant it was completed to the instant it was on my doorstep. Or at least, I tracked it to the next state over, where it's location was marked delivered, but my package was in fact on my doorstep when it was marked delivered. Overall, despite the tracking error, I still give max points. Will probably shop at Techwear again

I recently ordered some cargopants, shoes and a mask all for the upcoming dokomi fair in dusseldorf. Not only that the goods came pretty fast in less than a week, but as i realized that the pants were too small i easily could talk to the customers support service which is pretty fast and they offered me to send me a new bigger version of the pants and also a 20% off price. I highly could recommend techwear official.

The garment I ordered was exactly as described. Some shipping issues, that I had to partly resolve myself (hence the deduction of one star), but I got what I paid for in the end.

First thing to mention is that I recieved the item I ordered no problem. Sufficiently packaged. T.W.O even added a little branded bag into my order which was a nice touch.

As for the item itself? It was a jacket from a brand called xiphevil. It is the coolest item of clothing I now own. Not gonna lie, it was a tad on the expensive side but the design,materials and quality of construction are excellent. It feels and looks like a piece of clothing from a cyberpunk future.
Im also extremely grateful that this brand made clothing to fit XXL (European size) I've a 51 inch chest and trying to find techwear/cyberpunk style clothing that fits me is not easy! And I JUST fit the XXL.
The brand Xiphevil even added some cyberpunky stickers in with the jacket which I loved.
When I went to leave a review I tried to find out more about the brand and found an Asian website where the same jacket would have been £20 cheaper (including the postage) but honestly I'm just so stoked with the jacket itself I don't care lol.
No complications at all with shipping or delivery, would definitely consider using this site again for future purchases.

Have I known they shipped from China I would never order. Bought sneakers, looked nice on the website. In reality they are awful, very low quality materials. Ordered my size, yet they are too small. Shipping took forever. Unable to return. Customer service does not exist. Avoid, they are scammers.
