Horrible experience, do not buy from them!!! Avoid. It's a scam and they will not answer to request to refund my money. It says you can cancel the order in 24 hours but there is no option to do so. Refund my money you scams!!!

I discovered the brand by chance while searching for a sky mask that genuinely works. I was hesitant to spend £60 on one, as in the past they have often been too small, too thin, and quite impractical. However, the animal plush design was very tempting. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fabric, the design, the attention to detail, and the finish. It is AMAZING!!! 😍

I forgot to use their Halloween code for 50% off on the second item. The customer service responded very quickly and partially refunded the money that I paid to compensate with the 50% off code!
After that they even mailed me to ask if I received the order because the delivery failed the first time (I wasn't home). Overall really nice and friendly people who were working at that time :)

Got a great cloak! Love the fit, love the feel, love the design! My only gripe is that the stitching where the pockets attach to the cloak is very obtrusive, but that’s just me being super picky. If I could give it 4.75 stars I would!

My daughter ordered several items. She is quite picky in terms of materials, she loved the quality of the pants she ordered, she feels them quite comfortable. There was an issue with the delivery, but was not their fault. Regardless, they promptly responded and checked with us up until the clothing was received. Great service.

Bought a necklace from them - it was pretty good, so I decided to buy shoes for 130$ from them as well. Not only were they too small (even though I ordered them in the right size) but they also broke on the very first day of wearing them. After sending 13 emails back and forth, the store only agreed to refund me 60$ in store credit, even though they admitted that there was a mistake during production. I think they should've at least given me all my money back, especially since they advertise free Refunds, but whatever. I just spent my remaining store credit and won't buy from them again.

They're definitely just a reseller store lol.

The hoodie that I ordered is a quality product very well made, and extremely nice looking. It's different, in that it doesn't mirror anyone else's style. The coloring, and the design, are different enough that nobody around here has or has seen anything quite like it. It fits perfectly, and Even my 82-year-old mother likes the way it looks, which says a lot.

My opinion is that these guys are great! Got everything i ordered!
Had a little problem with the cyberpunk mask but the techwear support answers fast and helps me with my problem by sending me a new one! I will recommend at most!
