Misleading advertising

I ordered from Techwear Shop expecting a product similar to what was shown in the photos. What I received has absolutely nothing in common with the advertised item.

The quality is extremely poor — so bad that I did not even remove the product from the shipping package. It was immediately obvious that the materials, design, and overall appearance do not match the pictures or description on the website in any way. It shouldn't cost more than $4, but it costs $39.

This feels like misleading advertising. I have attached photos showing the product exactly as received. Honestly, this is the worst product I have ever received from an online store.

I have contacted the seller and requested a full refund. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before ordering from this website.

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE - The plastic bags I received that wrapped the garments in were ripped. That part is not a big deal, but know this, the garments are made out of VERY cheap thin fabric. They smelled toxic too. The sewing quality is also not good. The 'devil horns' on the hoodie I ordered were sewn crooked and the shape of the 'horns' did not look like the ones the website photos.

I bought 2 items. (Dark Little Devil Zip Up Hoodie and Devil Wings Decoration Hoodie). Order date 3/11/2023. Ship time took almost a month to arrive. 4/8/2023 I sent an email request to make a return. 4/9/2023 I sent another email request to make a return. 4/12/2023 I receive a response saying to provide a photo of the items I want to return. 4/13/2023 I send an email with attached photos of the items I want to return. No response since email response 4/12/2023. 4/26/2023 I request again offering to ship back to the shipping department. 4/30/2023 I ship the items back with the USPS tracking#. It is now 5/1/2023 and I've not received a response.

Very frustrating being that they state on their site they have 24/7customer service. They truly do not. Their customer support # 1-213-340-8369 goes to a violet cruise, willow street dot com voice mail. They don't reply back to your emails promptly, AND I check their facebook and instagram pages. They delete people's comments who are upset about their order. That's TERRIBLE! People must know what they're getting into.

I just want my money back, but this company does not provide the support to do so.

Just know, if you buy something from this company or its sister companies, you will most likely not get your money back if you are unhappy with your purchase or get offered store credit.
