There was an incorrect part in the box, we sent an email and got a reply really quickly. They sent out the right bit plus a few spares within 2 days.

Great products , great company

This was the second kit I’d had from TWSU and the second one that failed at the crucial time. I love coding and electronics and I’m a member of their ‘Club Make’. But both times I’ve had their kits I’ve had to be let down. I’ve loved making the kits and doing the experiments but then when I try and do what they are actually meant for: with Thirsty Plant plugging in the kit to a plant - and with Light Racer putting the lights on the bike - it has always failed. With the former, the sensor didn’t work and the electronics shut down. The latter - the lights, even with capacitors to increase range, wouldn’t light up because the (5cm) distance was too big for the wireless power emitter! Hugely disappointing experience when I had finished the kit and was all excited... absolute let-down.
