Techwood 42" smart tv is rubbish. It's so, so slow starting up, analogues were faster! I've only had it 5 months but this morning, I started a show and couldn't hear it because music playing from something entirely different, assume another show; and had to switch it off at the plug and re-start to get it to stop. When you leave it alone for a few minutes, it logs you out off whatever you were watching and you have to go back through "home" and re-select whatever you were watching. Crap.

If I could give NO stars I would !!!!! . At age of 66 my wife and I have bought many an electrical product of which you could imagine . This Techwood tv and its crap remote are way out front of top of the list of worst product ever bought. People who review these tvs and say how pleased they are must be easily pleased and probably don't hardly use them !!!! Never again waste money on this product !!!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service guy who basically accused me of being a liar I'm also shocked by the way they asked me to lift a 65 inch TV off a TV unit just to take a photo of the back when I'm disabled and in a wheelchair 🤬😔

I purchased a Techwood stand mixer online. While the mixer looks nice and works well, it arrived without the spatula and instruction manual. I contacted Techwood to ask about the missing utensil and to try to obtain (at least a PDF version of) the manual. Techwood did not give me so much as the courtesy of a reply. While the mixer was good for the price, all things being equal, if I have to choose between Techwood and another manufacturer in the future, I will not choose Techwood. Accuracy is important and customer service is even more so.
