Fantastic service

Fantastic service, my phone's screen became completely detached with the connector cable torn,the service from the shop was unbelievable it was so good,it was fixed and looking like new in a space of 2 hours .I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone to have any repairs done

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Tech World Hornsby. I took my iPhone in for repair after they confidently claimed they could fix anything. I was told I had to pay $60 upfront, which would be deducted from the total repair cost.

After taking my money, they left my phone sitting in a drawer for a couple of weeks with no updates. Eventually, they called to tell me they couldn’t fix the phone after all. When I asked for a refund of the $60, they refused.

Charging an upfront fee, doing nothing for weeks, then refusing a refund when no repair was completed is completely unacceptable. This felt misleading and unprofessional.

Honestly, I don’t understand how Westfield continues to do business with a store like this, as it puts customers at risk.

I would not recommend Tech World Hornsby. Be very careful if you’re considering using their services.

This company lies

They are actually paying people for 5 star reviews but they did not pay me so I'm telling the truth about bad products and unhealthy pills they are doing what most companies do is tell lies for profit spend ur money somewhere else

Attitude towards me, the customer

Attitude towards me, the customer! Never have I been spoken to the way I was yesterday. I was having trouble with my mobile, HE requested I leave my phone for 10 minutes. I returned, HE said he fixed it. I thanked him but then was given a charge of $59.95! I asked if he was joking. He said not. I refused to pay because it was not stipulated there would be a charge. He threatened me, saying he would call Security if I didn't pay, added HE is not a charity. I would have offered $20, however HE changed the charge to $30. I was made to feel humiliated. At the age I am, I won't stand for this behaviour. Stay away from this business. Go some else who appreciates you as a customer.

BAD quality of refurbished phones

Purchased a refurnished mobile phone. Broke after a week. I dropped it on soft fluffy carpet and the WHOLE back of samsung came off. Held on by poor glue. they will not fix under warrenty because I dropped it, even though it was on the softest carpet. not high, knees height

I ordered a refurbished iPad via Catch…

I ordered a refurbished iPad via Catch of the Day and landed these dodgy operators. My IPad has never arrived. I’ve launched a complaint with Catch and hopefully I will receive a refund……. Watch who you are dealing with when buying through catch!!!

Will not even respond to fair trading
Shame on them and Apple for allowing them to disappoint loyal customers.
