No communication, poor product quality

I bought two replacement device screens from this company early in August. One for a Lenovo tablet via eBay and then one direct from their website with PayPal for a Cubot mobile phone. The Lenovo screen was working but mediocre quality. It has one full bright pixel at the top of the screen and some white clouding around the edges. It works and as it was a replacement for my own device I kept it. The Cubot screen looked fine but on power on testing the screen was garbled and unusable. The old one still works but is cracked. I have been replacing phone screens on devices for five years. the Cubot was an urgent job and they had them in stock. I tried several time to contact the company directly about the faulty product but got no responses at all. I had to open a complaint with PayPal to eventually get my money back. I could not leave a review on eBay because of the short time limit on eBay. I would never use this supplier again despite the impressive looking web site.
